Here are 3 Top Tips for improving your "Employee Experience"

1. Create a Fantastic First Impression for the Candidate: 99 out of 100 of your candidates will go to work for other companies and talk about their first impression and their experience with your organization.  Make sure you communicate with them appropriately throughout the process to help create a great first impression of you and your team.
    
2. Continuous Training for Life: Every business is going to be digitally transformed by fast moving new technology and evolving business models every few years... and this will continue for the rest of our careers. You, your team and your managers need to learn new skills to land the best jobs in the future. Almost every company needs to increase their training budgets, your managers needs to constructively coach you on a regular basis and you need to own your personal development for life.
    
3. Survey, Survey, Survey:  You need to get regular feedback from your recruiting candidates, current employees and former employees on their "employee experience" at your company. Test using NPS surveys for the highest response and best way to get this feedback. Note: we include example NPS forms in the blog article mentioned below)
